Meet the 2026 Rho Gammas
Rho Gammas are Panhellenic members who temporarily "disaffiliate" from their chapter to provide a non-biased and non-discriminatory recruitment experience for every potential new member! Before the first day of recruitment, you will be assigned to a Rho Gamma along with a group of 15-20 other PMs who will guide you through the recruitment process. Each Rho Gamma was selected through an intense application and selection process and is your go-to for any questions you may have along the way. Don't worry, we know recruitment sounds intense, but they were once in your shoes and can provide you any and all advice you might need!

Some things I am thankful for about going greek at UCSB are the amazing connections to jobs, internships, and so many more opportunities. I am also so grateful for the girls I have met in my chapter, and for my sorority family:) A fun fact about me is this past summer I studied abroad in Barcelona Spain where I got to do all my favorite things (shopping, sightseeing, eating!!) I’m super excited for this upcoming recruitment season and being able to help you all!

Hi! I’m Paula Levy and I’m a third year psych and brain major! I’m from Roseville, CA a little town by Sacramento! I’m part of the cheer team here at UCSB and actually coach cheer at Santa Barbara High School! I love reading and just watching shows! Greek life has truly given me my best friends and it has helped truly find who I am. Before college I wasn’t super confident in myself but greek life helped me find the confidence that I was missing! A little fun fact is that I’m trilingual! I speak english, Spanish, and Italian!

Hi! My name is Roxy Padilla and I’m a junior majoring in Communication at UCSB! I’m from Pomona, CA, and in my free time I love reading, painting, and going on random side quests with my friends lol. One thing I’m super thankful for about Greek life is the genuine connections I’ve made. I’ve met some of my best friends through this community — people who always make me feel loved, supported, and seen. Whether it’s having someone to laugh with after a long day or a shoulder to cry on when I need it most, I’m really grateful for the sisterhood and memories I’ve found here. Fun fact: i’ve seen over 200+ artist live so if you ever need someone to come to a concert with you let a girl know!
